Index Tab Cutting

We cut tabs on your supplied stock. We have all the tool dies that are available including 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" (most common), 5/8", 3/4" standard tab extensions. We now also offer square tab knives.

Sixteen colors of mylar are available, along with glossy or matte clear mylars, for protection of the tab extensions. The mylar can also be used to color-code different sections of your index tabs to make the materials easier to search, or separate tab sections into related categories, and make the tabs more durable and damage resistant. The mylar is available in 16 colors, which are shown below.

Two, three, five or seven-hole punching is available as an option. Clear mylar reinforcing of the spine is also available to help prevent tabs from "ripping out."

We can die-cut custom shapes or configurations.

Finally, we can collate and shrink wrap or band your tabs, depending on your requirements.
